Presenter: Shamik Bafna, M.D. 
Dr. Bafna is a board certified ophthalmologist who completed a one year fellowship in cornea and refractive surgery after his ophthalmology residency. He has extensive experience treating laser vision correction patients. He has published and presented several peer-reviewed papers in ophthalmology including two chapters on laser vision correction. He has been the principal investigator for several Phase III clinical research trials. He has received numerous honors including the prestigious Heed Ophthalmic Foundation Fellowship Award. Currently, he serves as a cataract and refractive surgeon at the Cleveland Eye Clinic and Clear Choice Lasik Center.
Presenter: Bret Fisher, M.D.
Board Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and certified in Cataract and Implant Surgery and LASIK by the American College of Eye Surgeons, as well as an active member of ASCRS, Dr. Fisher is always up to date on the newest ideas, concepts, and technologies in ophthalmology. He serves as a consultant to industry and a teacher and mentor to his fellow surgeons.

At the Eye Center of North Florida, Dr. Fisher has also established an active clinical research department, and he and his staff have participated in many important studies, including the FDA trials for new multifocal and Toric multifocal intraocular lens implants, as well as pharmaceutical trials for post-cataract inflammation, dry eye, and diabetic eye disease.

Board Certified by the American Board of Optometry. She completed her training at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute and graduated with highest clinical honors. Specializes in Cornea and Refractive Surgery and has over ten years of experience in clinic managing patient. She worked at Bausch + Lomb as Executive Clinical Outcomes Specialist with their Premium IOL portfolio and later transitioned to AcuFocus Inc., as their US Clinical Specialist for the KAMRA Inlay. She has been recognized by Bausch + Lomb Surgical Division for providing Excellence in Outcomes and is the recipient of the Donald H. Evans award for Outstanding Visual Service to the community. She has trained many US KAMRA surgeons and has extensive experience in management of presbyopic patients as she continues to examine inlay patients at a national level with CorneaGen.
