Please place your tissue request at least 7 days in advance of your surgery date.
If your CorneaGen Ordering Portal profile indicates that you prefer a tissue offer, CorneaGen will make you an offer the day before your scheduled surgery, or earlier depending on surgeon preference.

- You must have completed your CTAK onboarding process before placing your order. If you have not been on-boarded by a Surgical Product Specialist team member, please contact us and we can get you started with CTAK. An overview of the on-boarding steps can be found in the CTAK On-Boarding Guide.
- Timeline for delivery: Please allow at least 3-weeks from order submission to delivery date.
- Selected Surgical Plan: A copy of your selected surgical plan MUST be included with your order.
