Nicole Fram

Dr. Fram, Clinical Instructor of Ophthalmology at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, Stein Eye Institute, received her medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University, Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia.
She completed her residency at Wills Eye Hospital, serving as Chief Resident. She followed with a fellowship in Cornea, Refractive and External Disease from UC San Francisco (UCSF) Francis I. Proctor Foundation. In her private practice, Dr. Fram focuses on premium cataract surgery, anterior segment reconstruction, cornea and dry eye disease. As Clinical Instructor for the Stein Eye Institute, she is an attending surgeon for residents and fellows at the West L.A. Veteran’s Hospital.
Dr. Fram has authored a number of articles in peer review journals, textbook chapters, is a reviewer for several peer reviewed journals and is an Editorial Board Member for the Journal of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. Dr. Fram lectures internationally and teaches surgical techniques to colleagues, residents and fellows.
